30 hours of community service by Sept 1 of this year. Community service from the summer before 9th-grade counts! If 25 or more hours come from the same activity we need a letter on letterhead as proof from your advisor in that activity

 

2 extracurriculars, 1 of which you have leadership in.

3.6 GPA or higher

 

Leadership doesn’t mean you’re required to have a leadership position, you just need to show leadership qualities. 

 

For the leadership activity, your advisor can 1) fill out the form and write about how you show leadership. Saying you “lead by example” is not enough. OR 2) write a letter of recommendation which is sealed in a white envelope and has their signature across the back

The application is due Oct 8 and must be submitted in a sealed large business envelope by 2:12 that day in L2 or Counseling.
