ABOUT

WHO ARE WE & WHAT WE DO

The National Honor Society (NHS) is a nationwide organization for high school students in the United States and outlying territories, which consists of many chapters in high schools. NHS is about on four pillars: scholarship (academic achievement), leadership, service, and character.

In NHS, we hold true to these characteristics in an effort to give back to the community around us.

We work closely with the American Cancer Society as many of our activities are to raise money for cancer research. One of our best known events for this cause is Relay for Life, occurring annually in June!

We also provide tutoring in most subjects and to kids of all ages within the East Brunswick school system! We do this free of charge in the EBMC or EBPL.

In addition we do activities like the Blood Drive (with Robert Wood Johnson Hospital), and sports tournaments!

As NHS members our goal is to serve the community, raise money for cancer, and of course, always be on time!
